Know what’s keeping you dependent
- and what to fix first.
Know where the business depends on you
Not vaguely.
Across the five specific operating areas that determine whether the business can function without you.
Know why
ExampleYour delegation problem isn’t caused by lack of SOPs. Decision rights are unclear, so strategists continue escalating decisions even where SOPs already exist.
Know what to do first
Not 27 recommendations. Three priorities.
Because the founder’s real problem isn’t lack of ideas. It’s that everything looks important simultaneously.
The business got bigger.Your job got worse.

Before
After
01
You feel stuck but you cannot name where.
01
The structural source is named, the worst pillar is flagged, and the dysfunction is made specific to your week.
02
Effort is spread across five things you suspect are real, with no clear sequence to attack them.
02
Three first moves, calibrated to your tier and your worst pillar, scoped to what you can do this quarter.
03
Your gut says the agency is stuck. The case is hard to make to your co-founder, your senior team, or your board.

This is not another
lead gen quiz.
This space is full of AI and scale maturity quizzes. Most of them are a copy-paste version of each other.
The Key Man Score is fundamentally different.
It is built on the methodology and intellectual property we've developed through hands-on work with more than 60 agency and B2B service businesses. Rather than measuring AI adoption, it measures founder dependency - identifying where growth, delivery, sales, and client relationships still rely too heavily on the owner.
Free quizzes are designed to capture an email. They are rarely designed to give you a real answer.
The Key Man Score is paid because the work is real. 40 calibrated questions, a 7-section personalised report, a face-cam diagnosis from me. The price reflects the calibration, the framework, and the IP behind it.

The Key Man Score is the diagnostic we run on founders and their agencies before we work together. We packaged it as a paid product so the founders who do not work with us directly can still get the read.

Before you decide.
What does a low score actually mean. Should I sell my agency?
+
No. A low score means you have a structural problem worth fixing. The report shows you which structural problem and three first moves. What you do with that is up to you. Selling is one option, fixing it is another, and knowing where you actually stand is the prerequisite for either.
When do I get my report?
+
Your report will not appear instantly. That is deliberate. Once you complete the assessment, we personally review your responses before producing your Founder Dependency Report. You will receive it within 24 hours, including your Key Man Score, where the business depends on you, why that dependency exists, and the three priorities we would tackle first.
How is this different from a free assessment?
+
Free assessments are designed to capture your email. The Key Man Score is designed to give you a real read. 35 calibrated questions, a 7-section personalised report, a tier-specific video from me, and a path forward calibrated to your specific answer pattern.
How long does it take?
+
About 15 minutes for the questions if you do it in one sitting. Your report follows within 24 hours, after we have reviewed your responses. The conversation, if you want one, is a 45-minute call.
Will my answers be private?
+
Yes. Your answers and your report are accessible only to you via a private link sent to your email. I see aggregated patterns across founders for product improvement. I do not see your individual answers tied to your name without your explicit consent on a call.
I have a co-founder. Should both of us take it?
+
The person taking it should be the founder closest to the day-to-day operations. If both of you are operational, both of you should take it separately. The diagnostic measures the operating reality of who runs the day-to-day, which is rarely identical to the org chart.
What happens after I finish?
+
We review your responses and send your report within 24 hours. It arrives by email, and the link stays live so you can come back to it. The report has a button to book a 45-minute call with me if you want to walk through it together. Booking is optional. There is no upsell sequence afterwards.
Do you offer refunds?
+
If you take the diagnostic, read the report, and feel it did not give you a real read, email support@keymanscore.com within 14 days and I will refund the $249 in full. I have not refunded one yet, but the offer stands.
I am under £700K revenue. Is this still for me?
+
Below £700K the questions and the framework still apply, but the calibration is built for £700K to £3M agencies. You will get a real read, and the path forward will assume some structure you may not yet have built. Use your judgement on whether the price is worth it at your stage.
